revo87 FAQ

revo87 requires a government-issued photo ID — a national identity card (KTP), passport, or SIM — and proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. If your withdrawal amount exceeds Rp 10.000.000 in a single transaction, additional source-of-funds documentation may be requested. KYC documents should be uploaded via Account Settings → Verification. Most submissions are reviewed within 24 hours (WIB).

On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter the email address registered to your account. revo87 will send a secure password-reset link valid for 30 minutes. If you no longer have access to that email, contact our 24/7 live chat support with your KTP number and registered mobile number for identity-verified account recovery.

No. revo87 strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Multi-accounting is prohibited under our Terms and Conditions and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have lost access to your original account, contact support — do not create a new one.

To request permanent account closure, contact revo87 support via live chat or email at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Ensure your account balance is zero before requesting closure — any remaining funds must be withdrawn first. If your closure request is related to problem gambling, we can instead activate self-exclusion, which may be a more appropriate step.

The minimum withdrawal to a Mandiri bank account on revo87 is Rp 50.000. The maximum per single withdrawal transaction is Rp 50.000.000. Withdrawals are processed Monday through Sunday, 08:00–22:00 WIB. Most Mandiri withdrawals are completed within 15–45 minutes. Your withdrawal bank account must be registered in the same name as your revo87 account — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Yes. revo87 accepts deposits via all major Indonesian e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. E-wallet deposits are typically credited instantly. The minimum deposit via e-wallet is Rp 20.000. Note that e-wallet withdrawal limits may differ from bank transfer limits — check the cashier page for current e-wallet-specific withdrawal thresholds.

revo87 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own interbank transfer fees — for example, BRI and BNI charge a standard interbank transfer fee for transfers sent outside their own network. We recommend checking with your payment provider. revo87 absorbs all payment gateway costs on our end.

If your BRI deposit has not been credited to your revo87 account within 60 minutes, first confirm the transaction is showing as successful in your BRI mobile banking or BRImo app. Then contact revo87 live chat support with your transaction reference number, the exact amount transferred (in IDR), and your transfer timestamp. Our team will trace and credit the payment within 30 minutes of receiving that information.

revo87 covers an extensive range of football leagues for betting, including the BRI Liga 1 (featuring clubs such as Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United), the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and the AFF Cup featuring Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda). Both pre-match and live in-play betting are available across all listed competitions.

Mix parlay (a multi-leg accumulator bet combining 3 or more individual selections into a single wager) is one of the most popular bet types on revo87 for Indonesian players. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out, but the combined odds create much larger potential returns. revo87 accepts mix parlay bets across football, basketball, and other sports, with a minimum of 3 legs and a maximum of 12 legs per slip.

All slot games on revo87 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft. RTP (Return to Player) is the theoretical percentage of total bets returned to players over time — for example, a slot with 96.5% RTP returns Rp 96.500 per Rp 100.000 wagered over millions of spins. Each game's RTP is displayed in its information panel. Popular slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles typically carry RTPs of 96%–97%.

revo87 offers live streaming and real-time betting on sabung ayam (traditional Indonesian cockfighting) matches where available. Matches are streamed directly within the platform with Meron (the red corner) and Wala (the blue corner) betting markets updated in real time. A funded account balance is required to access the live stream. Match schedules are posted in the Live Events section of the platform.

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover or turnover requirement) specifies how many times you must wager a bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable as cash. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place total bets of Rp 1.000.000 before the bonus funds convert to real withdrawable balance. Wagering progress is tracked in real time under Account → Bonus Status on revo87.

Yes. revo87 runs regular cashback promotions for sports betting, live casino, and slots. Cashback is typically calculated as a percentage of net losses over a defined period (daily, weekly, or monthly) and credited directly as real balance with no or minimal wagering requirements. Eligibility and cashback percentages vary by promotion — check the active Promotions page for current offers available to your account tier.

Most revo87 sports bonuses are valid on bandar bola (Indonesian football bookmaker markets, covering local and international leagues) as well as other sportsbook markets. However, specific promotions may restrict eligible bet types — for example, some bonuses may exclude mix parlay bets or require a minimum odds threshold. Always review the promotion's specific terms before placing bonus bets to ensure your wagers qualify toward the wagering requirement.

Yes. revo87 operates a tiered VIP loyalty program that rewards consistent players with escalating benefits at each level. Higher tiers unlock perks including faster withdrawal processing, elevated deposit limits, dedicated account managers, exclusive cashback rates, birthday bonuses, and invitations to VIP events. Tier advancement is based on cumulative wagering activity. Your current VIP tier and progress are visible in the Account Dashboard.
